I really dislike how the Ajahs operate and coexist with each other in the WT. They're a bunch of member-exclusive gangs who dislike/trust one another, forced to live together in one building. It's like the Bloods and the Crips but without any violence.
I know the current regime under Egwene is working hard to stop the divisions in the WT, but centuries of habits/tradition do not disappear easily nor quickly.
Add testosterone to the Ajahs and you get an unholy mess.
I'm all for a true Aes Sedai rebirth, but I doubt it will actually happen in this iteration of the "pre-AoL". The Black Tower is already being built, and the Asha'man entrenched in history.
P.S. I can't imagine the men will like being bound by the Oath Rod. I know I wouldn't.
