I must be mistaken as quotes because it's an issue I've discussed countless times with Linda who is also convinced few have been fooled by Moiraine and Siuan's game, which is painfully obvious from the way the Hall immediately turns on Siuan and the Blue after Elaida reports Moiraine meddling with ta'veren, and from the way the Hall later took for granted Siuan was in cahoots with Moiraine about the Dragon Reborn. The Hall never believed Siuan did not know about Rand being TDR before it took Callandor.
But go on having another opinion if you wish, it's a free world.
