Aside from where they reused American covers of EotW & tGH in LoC, they seem to be rather accurrate. Of course we don't know how the material is redistributed in the break-down books, but for the most part (aside from the bright summery cover for one of the WH books) they are pretty good.
Eye of the World
Band 1 : Drohende Schatten (Threatening Shadow):
Depiction: A cloaked figure and some monsters(Trollocs? Who described these to the artist?) walking through a snowy mountain pass.
Scene: I suppose this may have happened off screen at the beginning of tEotW while the Myrdraal and trollocs travel from the Manetheren Waygate to Emond's Field. I don't recall that path being through a mountainous region, and most of the snow should have already been melted, but I could be wrong.
Band 2 : Das Auge Der Welt (The Eye of the World):
Depiction: Trollocs in Shadar Logoth.
Scene: I assume the red bubbles on the ground are supposed to be Mashadar. In the divided edition un the US (From the Two Rivers and Into the Blight), this scene was in the first, though, like you said, we don't know how the material was redistributed. My main concerns: the trollocs (again, who described these to the artist?) and Mashadar (Red bubbles? Seriously?).
The Great Hunt
Band 4 : Das Horn Von Valere (The Hord of Valere):
Depiction: Naked woman confronting a group of armored men on horseback on a grassy knoll.
Scene: I'm at a loss here.
The Dragon Reborn
Band 5 : Der Wiedergeborene Drache (The Dragon Reborn):
Depiction: Cloaked figure (Myrdraal?) attacking a kneeling person with an axe.
Scene: Most likely the camp of the Dragon Reborn during the trolloc attack, though Perrin is awfully skinny, and appears to have borrowed someone else's axe. And has clothes on.
The Shadow Rising
Band 8 : Die Heimkehr (The Homecoming)
Depiction: Man with red shirt and another man approaching on a horse holding something aloft (picture is too small--can't see what he's holding). There is a horned body in the background.
Scene: Judging by the title, I assume this is Perrin in the Two Rivers. Not sure who the redshirt is; random Emond's Fielder?
Band 9 : Der Sturm Bricht Los (The Storm Breaks?)
Depiction: Humanoid monster with green fur, a wolf's head and ram's horns apparently just fired an arrow.
Scene: Battle of Emond's Field? Did the trollocs have many bows in that fight? Maybe it's the trolloc ambush of Perrin and his group of young men.
The Fires of Heaven
Band 10 : Zwielicht (Twilight) and Band 11 : Scheinangriff (Fake Attack?)

Band 12 : Der Drache Schlägt Zurück (The Dragon Strikes Back)
Depiction: A red-clad scotsman in the foreground, sword on his shoulder, leaning against an aspen, with a man and woman with two horses in the background.
Scene: No idea. Some random scene with Rand?
Lord of Chaos
Band 13 : Die Fühler Des Chaos (The Tentacles of Chaos?)
Depiction: An eyeless Michael Jackson giving himself a hug.
Scene: Probably no specific scene. Random picture of a Myrdraal.
Band 14 : Stadt des Verderbens (City of Perdition)
Depiction: Red-clad man with sword sits on a rock. Ruins in background.
Scene: A little help here?
Band 16 : Die Hexenschlacht (The Witch Battle?)
Depiction: Lots of action. Farmwife stabs man with pitchfork. Guy in purple cloak with glowing eyes holding a snake-headed staff and shooting fire out of his other hand. Guy with long white hair and brown cloak shooting green lightning from his fingertips at the guy in purple. Other people fighting.
Scene: I can only assume this is supposed to be the battle at Dumais Wells. Any other suggestions?
