If you had any hopes of this book clearing OP issues, banish it. We get some new details on Pevara, but the only people consistently channeling are Egwene, and to a lesser extent Aviendha. And Egwene has Vora's wand all the time, and Avi has her angreal. We have no hope of figuring out exact strengths from this book. And there are weird fights that carry on far longer than they should.
