You'll likely barf at Egwene's death. It is glorious and heroic and wonderful. Despite some kinks in the writing. Meanwhile, fans who're not rabid Egwene haters will agree that it enhanced the book, and appreciate the deep parallels between her death and Lews Therin's/Eldrene's.


The fact that Egwene is prepared to kill herself to save the Pattern should silence the haters forever, considering they consider her to be utterly self-absorbed. But of course, it won't...
