I got the impression that he was going to stay in the woman's lives, I could be wrong but it seemed he was still bonded to them in some way. Part of this was Elayne's reaction in one of the future views, where she seemed more surprised to see him looking like he was than seeing him at all.

It seemed more he was going to try and disappear from most people's view, as they don't need the Dragon Reborn around anymore, and as his Dragons Peace was based around the idea that he would die, it could put it in jeapordy if he was known to be alive.

This means he can't really let Mat or Perrin know, as I feel that sooner or later one of them would let the secret out unintentionally.

Also, over last couple of years since leaving Two Rivers, the likes of Mat and Perrin have had some down time, which Rand hasn't.

Thus I see him having some down time, then basically spending time with Elayne, Min and Avhienda, but probably reasonably secretly and possibly one at a time. Another possibility is that he will resurface soon in Andor, once most people have forgotten what Moridin looked like (for those who briefly saw his wounded body), and could end up marrying Elayne under a different name.

That's the way I like to see it at least, as was left somewhat open ended
