I'm not trying to turn this into a debate whether Min helped or not.

I simply pointed out that it's Rand having access to the True Power that let him discover Callandor unlike all other san'angreal could magnify the True Power, that's it's not something Cadsuane or Min found out in books. Only Rand knew that secret.
