by the Age of Legends rolls around again, the world has to essentially forget about the existence of the Dark One. This implies that the Trollocs would have to be destroyed post AMoL. Maybe not immediately, but eventually.


Yeah, there no Trollocs left on earth by the first age, but...

Besides the "on earth" part, there's just the fact that ether the first age or the one before it has got to be like rather long.... Like WAY long.

As we are the "first age" we are talking about the entire time it takes humans to (re)evolve, maybe even for the earth to completely reboot it's ENTIRE ecosystem.

That is of course if the Some who "call it the third age" aren't just completely wrong about how many ages there are in a turning of the Wheel.
