She is a powerless Amrylin, and she knows it. She can't deal with it. Apart from penances she issues by decree the rest of the sisters ignore her. She is drinking heavily. This has been noticed by other sisters.

She is decending into total non functioning breakdown status. The Seancan raid will, if it doesn't result in her capture, push her over the edge and leave her a quivering mess that can be swept into a corner, replaced by Egwene.
