These books have already been printed, and are in the warehouse now. Nothings going to change.
As for Cadsuane, It appears that there are contradictions within the book itself. In Nicola's entry and Tamela's, she is said to be the same level as them, ie. Level 9(+4). But in her own entry, and in some other places, it is listed as Level 5.
Looks like RJ himself had different ideas about this, but they must have settled on Level 5 for her, since that is in her entry But they messed up and didn't make the changes in the other entries.
If there are things they messed up that are obvious, what else have they screwed up, that we don't have the information to catch them out on?
For instance, Liandrin's surprising strength. On the one hand, it might be plausible, because Siuan did say she was the strongest of the 13 initial Blacks, if not so strong as the Wondergirls. But maybe she wasn't really that strong, and "Team Jordan" blew another one.
For this sort of thing, I'd much rather have RJ's original notes to see for myself, rather than what Maria and Harriet and so on think he meant or intended.
