  1. Mat immediately after the Healing in tDR. His beating of Galad and Gawyn at the Tar Valon practice grounds was great. His night on the town and running into Thom was full of little gems (Thom's "I'll be right back, try not to eat the table" is still one of my favorites)

  2. Mat taking command in tFoH was epic.

  3. Mat putting the Windfinders (and Nynaeve and Elayne) in their place in aCoS.
