But mindrape as you describe it doesn't actually happen in WoT, unless transmigration counts.
Writers like to have it come back to bite him in the ass a lot.

It can, and WAS to Perrin in AMoL, be done with TAR. To say nothing of compulsion itself. Which though fairly light case as compulsion goes, is by extension why bonding a Warder against their will is stated to be seen as equivalent to rape.
