Handsome or ugly?

Did he interact with a male or female?

Was the One Power involved in the scene or not?

Was his appearance common in terms of the Third Age, or distinctive?

I think your answers to these questions should provide sufficient information to confirm my suspicions, if we are thinking about the same character.
