Osan'gar and Aran'gar are brought back just before Taim shows up in LoC. Be'lal dies almost a year after they did which makes it unlikely that the DO would bring him back at the same time. If the DO did, why wasn't he in the prologue with them? And if you think that Be'lal replaced Taim sometime during LoC or after that eliminates the evidence from Taimendred theories since it was Taim who shaved and looks different to Bashere and Taim who makes the connection between gateways and Travelling, and maybe even Taim who calls Rand's Aiel renegades.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
Dueling Theory II: Taim is Be'lal.

Honestly, I do think Graendal was posing as Sammael, but we can't know for sure.
