We don't know he hasn't, just that we haven't seen him at any. For that matter, we've seen Ishy at meetings where no one else did. ;)


It would be remarkable if none of the Forsaken ever commented on him. It also doesn't make sense that he would miss the pre-Cleansing meeting, which was obviously very important. Moridin asked where Semirhage was, implying that she was the only missing Forsaken. Aran'gar also comments on the empty chairs at the Forsaken meeting in KoD and wonders who they belong to.

The lack of Forsaken comment doesn't bother me, since we only get selective views of their statements. The other is the main issue, since Ishy makes a place for everyone. It's been a while since my last re-read, but some of them yet remained empty, yes? Unless my recollection's totally failed me utterly they could've been occupied by anyone, and assuming we know the identity of an absent occupant would be perfectly natural--and convenient for Jordan. ;)

The biggest issue is Ishys silence when we see him, but we don't hear him thinking things like "clouds are thick today; might rain... " either.
