So do you see the bit about the four in a boat coming to fruition before TG too? I'm not so sure.
Although TG will decide the fate of the world, nothing is to say that the world's fate won't be put in jeopardy again in future ages (the outriggers would presumably deal with another time in which that happens), so I think the prophecy could well refer to a time after TG.
