When Rand sees a vision of the Age of Legends, there are ripples the moment the Dark One is freed. So I don't think it has to do with the seals. It's likely they occur when the Dark One hurls his power at the Pattern, and it creates tremors in reality.


But I guess this could very well be just another Bubble of Evil.
