True, it doesn't give any clues that she is, but it also doesn't give any clues that she isn't a darkfriend either. We've seen more than one darkfriend be upset by something that while overall was bad for the good guys, still screwed up their personal plans.

Even if she's not a darkfriend, it still floors me that Cadsuane doesn't at least consider the possibility. If someone broke thru my traps the day after someone else asked to look at them, I'd be seriously wondering whether I could trust her or not. Especially in this world where any friend can turn out to be an enemy. Given Cadsuane's previous history where she hints about fighting the Black Ajah, you'd think she would be suspicious of everyone. Instead, it seems to have never crossed her mind.
