Demandred obviously has some influence with the Black Tower. However, he clearly doesn't operate there. Otherwise he would have been able to recognize that Flinn could have been an Asha'man in WH.

I don't know where Demandred is. I suspect the Borderlanders still-- even though it is obvious. Why would they request a meeting in Far Madding?
