Jordon hinted about it being 2000 pages in hardcover. Mayhaps it was a joke. If it were the actual case, This book and the next would be around 1500 pages combined. If book 3 is as long as 1, then 2200 pages. Meaning that Brandon only extended the series by about 200 pages more than RJ expected himself to have to write.
