The second is a black knife spunning around Beldeine's head. Does this mean that will someone assassinate her or that she will assassinate someone? Is that a Myrddraal knife? Or does it maybe refer to one of the 'gars? (Beldeine also fought against Aran'gar at the Cleansing). Or is the black knife some ter'angreal?
The black knife might relate to the special type of Seanchan assassins used in the White Tower. It seems unlikely that all we'll see of them is the one that attacked Gareth & Siuan. The ones in the tower are unlikely to get Beldeine given their limited lifespan, but they're likely to be used in future conflicts.
