I'm a fan of hers, but she didn't even consider that Katerine Alruddin or some other Black Ajah Sister could have walked up while she was unconscious and slit her throat.

However, I can see her point...if she was coherent or awake, of course, if her goal was to welcome the Rebels back, bring them into the Tower, and then go through a mass questioning of all Sisters at once to rout out and execute all members of the Black Ajah. But, c'est la vie, no plan is perfect, and I agree that she probably got the best of some of the worst alternatives. Especially since the ninja assassins might have found her.
