I'm pretty sure Egwene will choose an Aes Sedai. Maybe Siuan.


Egwene did talk about many of the novices taking the Accepted test almost immediately after joining with the Tower. I would strongly suspect that Sharina would be one of these.

But, I agree, it would be a big jump. An continuation of her unofficial position as deputy to the MoN would be fitting with a role as Accepted.
