I'll look again tonight, but I'm sure Nynaeve made a comment...

There is nothing mentioned at all, neither that she is incredibly strong, or any sort of comparison at all.
The only possibly significant statement is Cadsuane's belief that one woman can hold her shield, but she's posting two or more to be careful.
It need mean nothing, since it seems the original shield was woven by more people, and fewer are sufficient to hold her.
Since shielding is gender dependent, comparison to Rand, who needs 3 women to hold him, is also pointless.
I do however, take the absence of comment on Semirhage's strength to mean that no one is overawed, since they have been around Nynaeve and Alivia, both exceedingly powerful women.

Nynaeve did say something about Semirhage being very powerful and that she could create havoc if she got free.
But I just found it strange that she didn't once comment on Semirhage's comparative strength to her own. Nynaeve is usually quite touchy with regard to channelers approaching her in strength. Alivia being a case in point. As is Sharina.
Now, even the lowest estimate of Semirhage's strength puts her at a higher level than Nynaeve's current strength - after all, Moghedien is currently equal to Nynaeve.
But we didn't get any thoughts about it from Nynaeve's many viewpoints involving Semirhage.
Semirhage's strength in the Power...

Reducing the number of people holding the shield, reduces the strength of the shield correspondingly
