Moridin/Ishy actually knows and undrestands what the result of a free DO would be. And he seeks that oblivion. The other forsaken and DFs all are selfish and in it for some gain or another. Moridin could care less about personal gain - he just want the world to end.

Verin seems to have figured all this out too. She says that she doesn't think that anyone (goodguys or bad) have really figured out what the DO is about and how TG will go. In this, I think she's wrong - Moridin knows.
