No, the deadly grace comes from years of practice. The only ones who show deadly grace are those who are very in-tune with their environment, extremely skilled in hand-to-hand combat, and generally have heightened awareness of their surroundings. The deadly grace comes from knowing your own body, and being able to respond to anything instantly.
The warder bond does give more strength, agility, and heightened senses. It does not, however, give one technical skill--that is something one must learn the old-fashioned way.
