The deadly grace of a warder comes in part from his training, which Bryne already has, he's a Blademaster, which is then enhanced by the bond. In the scene you're referring to Bryne is sitting on his horse barely moving and Egwene still sees some grace to his movement, but without the way he and Siuan were interacting she still wouldn't have figured it out.
