Yes, but first Rand would need to know where the Trollocs are. He would also need to be sure there are no channelers with them, and that a stray arrow doesn't just take him out.
Plus there's always the chance he could be attacked by the other creatures of the Blight, like the Jumara (would love to see some of those in the future books).
