First, we have to remember that Nynaeve is probably around 60 (at full potential) in terms of strength, with Logain at around 90. That makes Nynaeve about as strong as 3 average Aes Sedai.

Secondly we have to remember that to hold a shield on someone, you only need to be about 60-70% as strong as they are.

And thirdly, Nynaeve herself said that Logain didn't really try to break the shield, it was more as if he was probing it, and in her words "flexing a muscle long unused."

Basically, she was frantic to try and get more help before he fully realised his old strength was back.

It is therefore quite likely that Logain didn't attack her shield with his full power. I mean think about it, he wasn't even sure if he was Healed. He still wasn't able to hold saidin, as Nynaeve had him shielded, so the poor guy was probably more confused than anyone else about what was going on.
