I know I read that BS said we hadn't seen her on-screen, and that was in conflict with RJ's statements.


if Sanderson forgot about her, then we can imagine she's not too present in the story arc, e.g. she hasn't appeared often. Therefore I doubt even more she could be Tsutama, since Jordan wrote about her quite a bit.
