Anyways, I would bet that even if Vora's Sa'angreal was used in a full circle of 13, I believe that a full circle of 72 (of the most amount of women possible), could defeat that circle. However, I do not think that a full circle of 72 with all the angreal and sa'angreal could defeat the two people linked with the Cheodan Kal. The Cheodan Kal against Vora's sa'angreal could be compared to Tsar Bombas against a Davy Crockett, I should think.
