This is honestly kind of ridiculous. As far as I can tell, it's one of the few superweapons the forces of the Shadow have, and we haven't seen it used at ALL.


I think Sanderson was asked about it and, if I remember correctly said that this is like a story where you see a gun on the shelf from the beginning. At some point in the story you know it's going to be used.

So I am sure we'll see this in action in the next books.
