That Egwene knows Norine. That would make the eventual revelation as whom Mesaana posed more interesting. It's never indicated that Egwene knows Danelle.

It also makes sense that Mesaana wanted to come into contact with Egwene to measure her. Egwene had contact with Norine, but - as far as we know - not with Danelle.
