Because if he was theorizing that Ramshalan's compulsion could be removed in other ways, this could indicate that Sanderson is saying that theories of her being alive are feasible.
But apparently it was originally posted somewhere at Tor.com. No clue what thoughts the original poster had on Ramshalan.
