That Aran'gar might have attached herself to Perrin & Co. We know that Moridin wants to see the other two ta'veren dead. It makes sense that - after Aran'gar had to leave the Rebels - Moridin or SH gave her the new task to infiltrate Perrin's group and kill Perrin. If Aran'gar killed Perrin's Asha'man, it would explain why he is still stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Moghedien might be in Caemlyn. We know from TGS, prologue, that she and Cyndane are rallying Darkfriends and occasionally trying to kill Mat & Perrin.

Semirhage was the Forsaken, who stayed with the Seanchan. It doesn't make much sense that Demandred is there as well. Besides, Tuon has the control according to her PoV. This speaks against Demandred's words, "my rule is secure". Demandred is most likely in Murandy now and previously controlled the Dragonsworn.
