Why didn't Mesaana take it?
Plus, Elza's DF Warder Fearil not once mentioned, although the other BA Warders are dealt with, and especially after the talk Elza had with him in CoT. It had really just took one or two sentences to resolve this (e.g. that Fearil ran amok after Elza's death and was killed by an Asha'man).

Imagine she Travelled in and took it. What would she do then... just keep it for a rainy day, or kill Demandred, or Rand? It would cause a fiasco in the Tower, and it's not as easy to conceal as Graendal's angreal.
I know the Forsaken sometimes mention that they'd like to get an angreal, but in all truth, I don't think they try too hard. All of them are far more powerful than anyone living, except Rand and Nynaeve.

Vora's sa'angreal simply lying on a shelf in an unguarded and unwarded storeroom.

There were wards on the door to get in (which Gateways kinda invalidate).

It's at least consistent Forsaken idiocy, considering what we saw before...

I think that's only for the Amyrlin. IIRC, no one else ever calls initiates daughters.
