So let's assume you're right about the number of trollocs.
Maybe it's something like this....
1. Rand breaks all the seals and lets the Dark One out. The Dark One uses some here unforeseen power to take over the Seanchan army. The good guys end up fighting an army of domani lead by Elaida.
2. Maybe we're thinking about this all wrong. Maybe the "Last Battle" is really with the Seanchan. Good guys are getting the annialated. The bad guys see this as the good chance, and bring all the trollocs to a flank or rear. Good guys are on the brink of total collapse. Matt takes a gateway to Tuon (or whatever her name is now) Tuon learns about the trollocs and turns on them and wipes them out and then is "bound" to the DR.
Anyway, I still feel the basic plot structure will the same. The Brandon's comments about balefire are interesting. Maybe both sides start using balefire, and the entire fabric of the universe is about to collapse and Rand recreates the seal on the DO's prison and all the balefire stops just in the nick of time.
But, I'm telling you, if Lan isn't up against an overwhelming number of shadowspawn and saved by AS/Ashaman intervention (Nynaeve specifically), I'll be really surprised.
