How do we know that the Trollocs can't survive the harsh conditions of the "Arctic"? And, how many are in the Shara Blight? And do they get regular food supplies? how about if they have breeding grounds for food? A farm of sorts. What about their reproductive cycle, how does that function? Etc. Etc.
