Knife of Dreams book tour 14 October 2005 - Bryan Allen reporting
Q: Mesaana: Do we have enough clues to know her identity?
RJ: I think so, but I'm not absolutely sure. Her Third Age role has been at least mentioned.
Bailey's Crossroads VA 2003 - Robert Mee Reporting
Q: Have we actually seen Mesaana's alter ego in the White Tower?
RJ: Yes.
Crossroads of Twilight Book Tour 18 January 2003 - Cambridge, MA
Q: Who is Mesaana?
RJ: Who is Mesaana? Think! You have enough evidence to know that by now, I would suspect, and you certainly will have enough after reading Crossroads of Twilight.
Crossroads of Twilight book tour 18 January 2003, Harvard Coop - Tallis reporting
Tallis: RJ said there are many clues as to Mesaana's identity, enough that we should figure it out before Crossroads of Twilight. He basically said that he'd full-out reveal her in upcoming books, though: '...and if you still don't know, well, you'll find out later.'
Crossroads of Twilight book tour 16 January 2003, Dayton OH - Michael Martin reporting
Q: Length of time Danelle spent as novice/Accepted?
RJ: RAFO (he gave me a small smile as he said it, obviously knowing why it was being asked) [she's a Mesaana suspect, for those who don't know - Terez]
Netherlands tour, Dromen and Demonen chat - 6 April 2001
Lupis: We haven't seen much about Mesaana and Semirhage. I assume they're going to feature somewhere in the future books?
RJ: Yes Mesaana and Semirhage will feature in future books. There are reasons they have been lying low.
The Path of Daggers book tour 20 November 1998, Washington DC - John Nowacki reporting
RJ said that a channeler can hide strength as well as ability to channel, but added that 1) few people know how to do it, and 2) the Aes Sedai don't even know these tricks are possible. [This was asked because of Lanfear (and possibly also Mesaana) posing as Else Grinwell in the Tower. - Terez]
Thus Spake The Creator - The Forsaken
Q: We know who almost all the Forsaken are, except maybe Mesaana and Demandred. Should we be able to work out who they are?
RJ: Ummm.. Yeah.
