So much so that the Egwene soul is alway named Egwene al'Vere at the end of the Third Age?
Like Gwenevere in our Age Myths ) Birgitte said that names of the Heroes can change from one Age to another , like Patrick to Paedrag , Oscar to Ottarin etc. We even know that cities also changed their prononcion when the centuries past , like Mafal Dadaranell to Fal Dara , or Tar Valon to Ara'Valon
But perhaps our Age is one that is in the same turning of the wheel as the Third Age we're reading about?
For example: Say our age is the 6th Age. And we have legends about King Arthur (Artur Hawking) and the sword in the stone (Callandor, Stone of Tear). But in the 6th age 4 turnings from now, the legends mention Duke Philip and the Spoon in the Rock.
Although by that logic, the Horn of Valere would be the Trumpet of Iourm by then.
I don't know. I just don't think the Wheel is stuck in that much of a rut. But the connections to our Age is a good point.

Interesting theory, but do you think the Wheel repeats itself that exactly?
