I sit corrected.
Maybe the DO put Lanfear in an inferior body with weak OP strength for betraying HIM for Rand. While the other transmigrated Chosen failed in their own way, none of them actually helped Rand like Lanfear did numerous times (ie Choedan Chal, setting Asmodean up as teacher, etc).
