Just FWIW - the outriggers are a seperate trilogy from the prequels. Three total prequels were to be written; of these, only NS was completed. The Outriggers were basically supposed to be about Mat post-TG in Seanchan, from what I can gather based on Brandon's comments.

I'd suggest checking out the history on his website to find out more about them, if you're interested... but there's just not much info out there right now. AMoL is truly the priority.
