And the poem:
"We rode on the winds of the rising storm,
We ran to the sounds of the thunder.
We danced among the lightning bolts,
and tore the world asunder."

This certainly refers to the 2nd-->3rd age Breaking of the World, as it is in past tense rather than present or future. While it can be argued that the 3rd-->4th age events will mirror those of 2nd-->3rd, this quote doesn't do that.

Actually, the poem is from the 4th age, and is attributed to the Dragon Reborn. As such, it is implied that Rand wrote this and it does allude to what happens.

I'm still fairly confident that line is referring to an eclipse. *NM* - 18/12/2009 05:04:42 PM 358 Views
