Elaida cannot "show" anything. The sul'dam actually controls the weaving of the flows. The damane does not. It is impossible for Elaida to take control of the flows and show them where each weave is placed, etc. The best Elaida can do is try to explain it to the sul'dam. The sul'dam then has to guess as to what Elaida means and try to form something approaching semblance to what Elaida has described.
The only way for Elaida to "show" a weave to the sul'dam is to take the collar off of her. She can then weave whatever she wants.

Only When Elayne and company had Moghedien did we see that ... the sul'dam only tell/direct the damane. Renna would tell Egwene what she wanted her to weave and the force Egwene to do it ... there is a scene where Egwene get's punished because the sul'dam knows Egwene didn't even try to do as directed.
Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!
How long until Elaida is broken and reveals the Travelling Weave to the Seanchan?

What lies did Leanne tell? Really, there's no reason to dismiss a redemptive arc for Elaida.

She suffers punishment and is then redeemed? BS said Elaida would be in the outriggers, IIRC. *NM*

Breaking her won't solve the entire problem. Look at Moghedien's example.

You're forgetting that Egwene, Nynaeve and Elayne didn't "break" Moghedien.

I think there is a degree of over-complexity you are bringing to this.
