But when you read something often enought, the Dark One, the Great Lord, etc. Its what you instinctively type. Such as the names of the Forsaken, we know Barid Bel Medar is Demandred, but what comes to mind more quickly? For that matter on proper names, what about al'Lan Mandragoran? Everyone refers to him as Lan. What about Mattrim Cauthon?
