If Rand could weave Saidin and Saidar at the same time, why not Saidin and the TP? If he was (for some hypothetical reason) leading a circle with someone channelling the TP, I see no reason why he could not weave both at the same time.
I kind of doubt that anyone could embrace both the TP and the OP at once, but maybe we'll see just that in the future?
Now, all this begs the question, if it is possible for a leader of a circle to weave two powers at once, could they weave three?
(Just a quick side note, I know that Saidar and Saidin are two halves of the same power, but I don't see why the principle should change you're linked into a circle with someone embracing one or the other.)
