The reason the True Power was originally tapped (or, at least, the reason Mierin and Beidomon gave) was that by eliminating the difficulties that come from forcing saidin and saidar to work together, even more Cool Stuff could be done.*
So no, there aren't two halves of the True Power. Boys and girls get the same tasty evil!
The name True Power bugs me, though. Really, RJ, you couldn't have thougt of ANYTHING else? One Power, True Source, True Power... sheesh.
