Regardless of how the gateway is made. Remember anyone can Travel, its the Power that is needed to create a Gateway.
The Ways, are something else...an actual porthole to another dimension. Vacuoles...not certain, however a Gateway might not even be used there.
The past is just that, the past. You can only truly live by looking to the future!
