We've seen those ter'angreal armor suits that Nynaeve and Cadsuane found, it seems like the kind of thing Demandred would either already have from before they were sealed or like something he would have looked for after being released.

If he had one, and gave it to our favorite dreadlord Taim, for this specific task, then Taim could get his vengeance on Cadsuane, knock her around a bit, you know?
