Dead or not by the end of TGS there is plenty of timeline time for her to have POVs before being BF'ed
I don't know if we will get a POV, but I think it might be fun. I think I would enjoy reading the meeting between Ramshalan and Graendal from her POV, seeing the arrogange and smugness in her thoughts as she makes her intricate plots for Rand's head. And then the instant of horror as the entire palace starts glowing around her as she realises what is going on before she is utterly erased.
It is a scene I would want to read I think. Still, If I had to bet I would say we will get a meeting between Moridin and the rest of the forsaken where he will inform them that Graendal and Semirhage are history. I wager Moridin will claim that Semirhage broke and told Rand about the balefire trick, removing suspicion from himself.
